Product Capability

M/s Gurukripa Enterprises Pvt. Ltd, is an associated industrial unit of M/s G K Auto & M/s RBD Engineers specializing in manufacture of machined and un-machined pressure plate castings for different makes and models of passenger vehicles. This unit was essentially set up to complement the capacity of M/s GK Auto and is in its vicinity. Our castings are mainly used for OE applications for Indian passenger cars.

Capacity	:	175 MT's per month.

At GKEPL we can offer value addition to pressure plate castings by painting, semi machining and fully finishing in a "ready-to- assemble" condition.

Manufacturing Facilities

We use modern foundry technology to assure very high quality, precision castings at a very competitive price. We have complete power back up through two Diesel Generating sets one of 380 KVA (Cummins) & other of 125KVA (Kirloskar).

Melting Facility ( Furnace )

• Induction 500 Kg. Inductotherm Make - 1 no.

Fettling Facility

• Tumbling type shot blasting machines.
• Pedestal grinders.
• Portable pneumatic grinders.

Pattern Shop Facility
All patterns are developed in house using CAD/CAM.

GKEPL is an ISO/TS 16949:2009 certified company : Quality Austria Training, Certification and Evaluation Ltd. on 20/12/2011

Metal Testing facilities - The foundry has following metal testing facility to check , control and certify:

• Mechanical Properties
  • Universal Testing Machine.
  • Hardness Tester.
• Chemical Composition and Temperature
  • On Line Carbon Silicon Analyzer.
  • Dip Type Pyrometers for temperature measuring.
  • Complete Lab for wet analysis to determine, Si, S, Mn, P.
• Microstructure
  • Metallurgical Microscope (100-1000X).

Sand Testing Facilities

• Sand Testing Equipment.

Quality Control Facilities for Dimensional Check

• Height Gauges, Verniers, Micrometers, slip gauges etc.
• Special Purpose Gauges.
